Job description

As an Account Manager for Germany and the Nordics, you will play a crucial role in managing large accounts, acquiring new customers, and building long-term relationships with key clients. By analysing market trends, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth, you will contribute directly to the company's success. This role offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact on the sales organisation and take ownership of your region.

Travelling to Germany and the Nordics is a key aspect of this role, as you will be expected to visit clients, attend events, and explore new business opportunities.

This is what you will do:

  • Acquire new business through cold calls, networking, and lead generation, while expanding existing accounts.

  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs by staying informed on market trends and competitor activities.

  • Create and monitor regional sales plans, identifying growth opportunities.

  • Conduct meetings with clients to understand their needs and propose solutions.

  • Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

  • Travel to Germany and the Nordics to visit clients, attend industry events, and pursue new opportunities (about 50% of the time, you will be travelling to visit customers).

  • Report directly to the Sales Manager.

 

This is you:

  • You have a minimum of 5 years as an independent Account Manager/Business Developer.

  • You are fluent in both English and German (Nordic languages are a plus).

  • You have strong analytical abilities and a commercial mindset to identify and seize opportunities.

  • You are a skilled negotiator with the ability to close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.

  • You have a European valid driver’s license (B).

 

Job requirements

  • Salary between €50.000 - €65.000 on a yearly basis.
