Your impact

You'll lead an international team of six Inside Sales professionals responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience and supporting commercial growth.

Your focus will be on creating a high-performing team where people develop, customers receive exceptional service and continuous improvement becomes part of everyday work.

You'll work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Marketing and Operations, giving you a direct influence on both customer satisfaction and business results.

What you’ll do

Team leadership & development

  • Lead, coach and develop the Inside Sales team (6 FTE) to support both performance and individual growth

  • Foster a supportive and structured team environment, enabling the team to perform at their best

  • Conduct regular performance and development conversations

  • Monitor team performance and steer on KPIs and targets

Operational steering

  • Act as the first point of escalation for commercial and operational challenges

  • Support the team in complex quotations, pricing, and customer cases

  • Ensure smooth daily operations and high service quality

Commercial responsibility

  • Drive commercial results

  • Own team sales results, margins, and KPIs

  • Monitor pricing and margins and guide the team where needed

  • Identify and realize up- and cross-selling opportunities to support sustainable growth

What we offer

  • Salary between €4,250 and €5,250 gross per month
