Job description

As Account Manager, you will play a pivoted role in managing large accounts, developing strong relationships with key clients, with a focus on retention and acquisition of new business. By analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth, you will contribute directly to the company's success. This role offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact on the sales organization and take ownership of your region.


Travelling to countries including Italy, Spain and the Eastern region is a key aspect of this role, as you will be expected to visit clients, attend events, and explore new business opportunities.

Then we are looking for you! Our head office is in Roosendaal, while we also have offices in Rotterdam, Eindhoven and Nijmegen.

This is what you will do:

  • You will be acquiring new business through cold calls, networking, and lead generation, while expanding existing accounts on daily basis.

  • Actively you will be achieving sales targets by staying informed on market trends and competitor activities.

  • You will be creating and monitoring regional sales plans, identifying growth opportunities.

  • You will be conducting and attending meetings with clients to understand their needs and propose solutions.

  • Negotiating terms, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

  • Regularly travel to Italy, Spain and Eastern region to visit clients, attend industry events, and pursue new opportunities.

  • You will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager.

 This is you:

  • You have a minimum of 5 years as an independent Account Manager/Business Developer

  • You are fluent in both Italian and English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus)

  • You have strong analytical abilities and a commercial mindset to identify and seize opportunities.

  • You are a skilled negotiator while maintaining customer satisfaction.

  • You have a valid European valid driver’s license (B).

We are an e-commerce business with a strong IT focus. We have an in-house development team that improves our software daily, making us agile and independent. Only 6% of our customers are in the Netherlands; the remaining customers are primarily in other European countries and are further fragmented worldwide

Job requirements

  • Salary between €3.800,- and € 5.000,- on a monthly basis.

  • Home office allowance of €2.65 per day, plus tools and flexibility to work from home.

  • Option to work from abroad one week per year.
