Naast het bruto salaris een prestatie afhankelijke bonus van maximaal 6% van het jaarsalaris.
28 vakantiedagen op fulltime basis als je belooft dat je op vakantie gaat. ABF heeft namelijk een vakantietoeslag van 8,5% en geen 8%. Zo kun je misschien wel die epische vakantie boeken!

Je werkt in een team van 6 marketingcollega’s (manager, marketeers, UX-designer en designspecialist) waar je op kunt bouwen, maar waar ook ruimte is om zelf het verschil te maken. Binnen dit team ben jij de inhoudelijke lead op communicatie en zorg je voor samenhang tussen alle kanalen en initiatieven.

In deze rol combineer je richting en uitvoering. Je bepaalt hoe we communiceren, maar zorgt er ook voor dat het gebeurt.
Je:
Zet het marketingplan om in een heldere, uitvoerbare communicatiekalender en zorgt dat alles wat we doen één sterke lijn volgt;
Neemt eigenaarschap over onze contentuitingen en zorgt voor een duidelijke call-to-action voor e-mail, social media, blogs, etc.;
Bewaakt onze merkidentiteit tot in detail en zorgt dat we overal herkenbaar, consistent en professioneel zijn;
Adviseert collega’s en stakeholders over communicatieaanpak en -keuzes;
Zorgt dat campagnes en content bijdragen aan zichtbaarheid, vertrouwen en conversie;
Bent sparringpartner voor HR op het gebied van employer branding en neemt de lead in het uitvoeren van initiatieven die ons als werkgever sterker positioneren;
Signaleert kansen en gebruikt data en inzichten om de communicatie continu te verbeteren.
Je bent iemand die overzicht houdt, structuur aanbrengt en eigenaarschap neemt over je vakgebied. Je denkt vooruit, stelt kritische vragen en weet ideeën om te zetten in concrete acties.
Je brengt mee:
Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in marketing & communicatie;
Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding in Communicatie, Marketing of vergelijkbaar;
Ervaring met het creëren en uitvoeren van een B2B communicatiestrategie;
Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (min. C1-niveau);
Ervaring met up-to-date design software en tools;
Ervaring met HubSpot is een pré.
Het sollicitatieproces bestaat uit twee gespreksrondes. Na een succesvol eerste gesprek word je uitgenodigd voor een tweede interview. Tijdens dit tweede gesprek kan je worden gevraagd een praktijkopdracht uit te voeren, zodat we een goed beeld krijgen van jouw vaardigheden en aanpak. Uiteraard krijg je hierbij ook een kijkje achter de schermen bij ABF, zodat je onze organisatie en de functie beter leert kennen.
